Excellent place with comfy beds, free wi-fi, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff was helpful, printing my boarding pass on my first stay. I'll definitely return for another holiday!

We loved this place - absolutely brilliant hotel.
We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was excellent. Nice staff at the reception desk and the room was big size and glamorous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath.

Easy check-in, late check-out, brand-new room with lovely view, a comfortable bed, coffee plentiful towels. The central location walk from a bus stop. Very nice area with restaurants and bars walk from the hotel.

Very good rich breakfast. Warm part at dinner and bread and salad. Umbrellas in the room. Care products for every person, not only per room
Very child-friendly hotel, with many children playing loudly in the corridors and in the elevators - but dad is not allowed to travel to the hotel.

Location
This is a big hotel and the breakfast room was always very busy and a bit messy. The staff was not friendly at all with us when we needed help. Not very clean.

We rode the funicular up to Fløien for amazing views and checked out the Bryggens Museum and Norwegian Fishing Village Museum. The hotel had a great fitness center and offered a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway with buddies!
I did have a frustrating experience when the housekeeping missed some items in our room, a bit disappointing.

Old lift does not open automatically, worn and some thread bare carpet in my room. Lack of ramp to assist with luggage entry into hotel.

Cramped room sizes made it hard to navigate with luggage!!! Limited storage space in the rooms resulted in difficulties unpacking!!! No in-room safe or hotel safe for valuables, concerning!!!
